if im changing the frame rate to 3 fps then the entire footage is playing at 3 fps so my question is how do i get the 24fps footage back?

These steps didn't do anything to fix my video noise, and it wasn't as bad as the example video. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm now 0 for 2 on noise removal tutorials in Resolve.

How do you "punch in" to see a section of a video for editing? I know the mouse wheel zooms in. But must be a key pressed perhaps to move the video around.

how is he moving around the zoomed into source monitor? I've tried hand tool, right clicking.. I can't move around the source clip after I've zoomed into to specific areas. When I zoom it, it just zooms straight to the center.. I'd like to see a corner of the frame. Would appreciate any help, thanks!

I use Neatvideo that is very good at noicereduction without removing details. But it is extremly heavy for your computer.
