Instead of the hand design I’m using a skeleton which is the exact colour as the hand (black and white) but when I select the white colour, the black shades go away and my skeleton doesn’t look like a skeleton, and I don’t know when exactly to use the ctrl b and z and that stuff you wrote in the video maybe that’s why the black shades dissapear

hey Sketchaa, i am having issues in the step of pathfinder, what are you exactly doing. Even on selecting the copy and the original hands, error is saying to please select two overlapping paths.

Please guide.

why wont my path finder alllow me to change the color

Do you have suggestions for beginners. I am trying to follow but there are steps that you go thru fairly quickly without mention and have to go back to see what your clicking. Currently i have copied my text, grouped them but the warp tool will not work as it is telling me convert to outlines before using. suggestions?
