Great explanation video for me as a new learner for agile methodology. clear and easy to understand. kudos!
ОтветитьThis is the best presentation/ explanation I have ever seen on Agile. Thank you for creating and sharing this.
ОтветитьTowards the end you said that you think of “Agile” as “Agility” to have the meaning as “Rapid”.
I think a better way to think about it, is for Agile to have the meaning of “Reactive” since the whole philosophy of Agile development is to react to the clients’ ever-changing needs, and to be able to adapt, just like agility means to change directions.
Superb video. Simplified. Thanks

ОтветитьThe only one I've got to understand "The Agile Concept" from, Great Job!
ОтветитьA few questions: 1. Can you go more into detail about these steps, such as planning and designing etc.? 2. In agile methodology what do you mean by constant feedback, and what does launching mean? Like now my understanding is, agile methodology is not just a huge chunk of code but its broken down into several different services like front end, catalog, etc. But in what other ways is it different from waterfall? It is still going through the steps of planning and designing and developing the code so I'm a bit confused there, and also confused still about how it is being iterated. Also, wouldn't something wrong with one service affect the whole system sometimes, such as the front end notworking? And what are user stories? And what is dev environment? And what is rapid deployment? Sorry I'm new to this and don't know what a lot of these terms mean

ОтветитьI have spent a year long learning software engineering class, what you have explained in 35 minutes is more valuable than the year I have wasted learning software engineering class and all the bla bla about Agile.
Thank you for being simple and pedagogic.
Holy God! I was to skip this session completely. Thankfully I watched it and it is the best 35 minutes of info in scrum that I have watch so far. Please keep doing this. Great job!!
