How to link PC in VMware to GNS3

Hi sir I'm new to Gns3 , my question is i have only 8 GB laptop I installed GNS3 GNS3 VM and Vm ware workstation and done every setup .. for this virtual PC how much GB ram is required is it possible to run in 8 GB laptop or not ? If I run virtual PC it affects our Ram utilisation sir ?

I left the network adapter as "Host Only", then imported to GNS3 the VM, checked the box that said allow GNS3 VM to override ... and it worked for me. Thank you so much!

I already have Kali Linux installed not windows 😬 still how can I turn that grey light into green I mean the GNS VM connection

but if u choose VPCs to run on GNS3 VM not in local windows that you select on drop down menu, its not working. !! why?
