Some tip - if you cannot delete the folder change access to "Everyone".

DO NOT USE THIS TUTORIAL I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS TUTORIAL. I followed this and after I messed up my computer. I contacted Microsoft and they told me that the only solution was to completely reset my pc. I lost alot of things.

Hi technical tips, when i try to type my "enter the object name to select', I did put my windows user name and it says an object with the following cannot be found.. check the object types and locations for accuracy... Any solution here?

It still didn’t let me delete it, so I ran CMD as administrator and executed “del /f <full path>”. I thought it only made it worst + I still saw the file, but then I restarted my computer and I was able to change PIN on the log on screen.

I had to find a walk-around solution. The Ngc folder I could not delete for some reason, but could rename it. And then it worked like a charm.
