ОтветитьSaved this one to my favorites. It was intense! I kept thinking, ok, this is the toughest curl….then the next curl would start and I’d think ok, THIS is the toughest curl! If I had to choose, I’d say the external rotation curls were the hardest. My arms were on fire by the end of this workout. And holding that 2 minute plank at the end my whole body was shaking. Such a great feeling when you hear the last set of beeps and you know you completed it!

Started with the bodyweight dips on bars but still haven't mastered balance and my triceps strength is still a work in progress 😋, so I decided to continue dips with a chair and my legs straight on the floor... But I'm proud of myself! Loved it!!! 👊💪😘
