The problem is feeling more advanced than the group in some exercises. Less flexible in others. Gyms don't want to put in heavier weights. Super set exercises that have a big strength imbalance

1. If your PT session is boring - that's on you, not the type of session.
2. Some people don't want to work with others for various reasons. A trainer should be creating reasons to keep a client coming back in terms of interactions, rapport, progress etc.
3. PT sessions should have variety in terms of how a trainer prescribes exercises. Can still have a program but a trainer should be able to diversify.
4. Not all clients want to compete. It can lead to people unfurling themselves. If a client needs that competition- a trainer can get involved too.

There are clients who simply cannot be left alone. It's a simple and unavoidable fact. There are people who need to supervised because their physical intuition and ability requires it.
So sorry.. group may be good but it isn't necessarily better. Especially that first reason. Ugh.

Another thing about personal training vs boot camp is cost, a client can pay up to $100/hr for one personal training session or up to $100/month of unlimited bootcamp classes😒
