I am at the point I need to connect via USB.....only issue is my laptop doesn't have a USB port how do I connect to my cameo 4 and complete the firmware update?

should've said that we need to close our silhouette studio first before updating firmware.
I had to close mine so the update software can connect with my device.

Hi, I have the cameo 1 and I tried to follow the steps in updating the firmware but when it says FileOpenError after I turned it on with left and right buttons

It is impossible for me to update my curio, I always get connection error, check usb cable

click ctrl +shift then click the ok button . they make you had to think. they all fucker
