This killer is really weird; her lore and addons suggest she's a pirate when only the eyepatch on the side of her face suggests that. Many people mention how she sounds and dresses like she's from New Orleans and the dog is just...random. It feels like 3 different conflicting things that have no cohesion. Despite that her VA is very fun.
