Reports from Ukraine, where NK is delivering ammo to the Russians, state that the delivered artillery shells are substandard, often detonating inside the guns, damaging them and injuring personnel as well.
That makes me wonder what would likely happen if NK would send actual troops to Ukraine...

Well as many times in this war, its small soldiers decisions that played also a major role, there were American soldiers which blew up a fuel reservoir of the allies which wouldve had enough fuel that the germans couldve continued that offensive effectivly
