Yep, nice job. The flip stops look good as well. Who makes the mask you were wearing? Thanks
Ответитьgreat design all around. thanks
ОтветитьGreat design Ryan on the fence and the stop block!
ОтветитьJust a quick note, when you use the table saw to cut a bevel on a long piece, why not use a fence extender to support your work and stop it from wobbling. I made an auxiliary fence that fits over the table saw fence and locks using t bolts from the side.
ОтветитьGreat table by the way.
ОтветитьLove the flip stop and the machine finished look
ОтветитьLove it all. It's awesome.
ОтветитьClever and unique designs, thanks for sharing
ОтветитьSo ... 82% of the aluminium billet was converted to chips....... yeah ... ....... ..... ..... ....... ..... good design
ОтветитьBaltic birch plywood = most likelly Finnish plywood
ОтветитьThis flip stop looks da bomb!
Great job there :)
Very nice fence and flipstop design
ОтветитьI don’t see how that clamp would work. Wish you didn’t blow past it so fast in your video.
ОтветитьAre the flip stops for sale?
ОтветитьNice design! Thanks for sharing.
Ответитьthat flip stop looked super cool
ОтветитьDid you sell flip stop?
ОтветитьHope you can sell a bunch of those flip stops...I bet you invested a fair amount of time in prototyping it.
ОтветитьYep, I'm interested
ОтветитьThis is great. I like the improvements you made to the table and the flip stop is amazing. I love that you can make your own parts like that.
ОтветитьToo hard for some of us beginners.
ОтветитьI really like the table you designed. Do you make those for sale so all you have to do is attach the table to the drill? Great video
ОтветитьNot sure the title is correct, "Simple Drill Press Table" I guess if everyone had their own CNC machine in their garage...ok. Enjoyed watching it though!
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьVery nice video, but hey ,how many DIY,r does have a CNC machine is,nt this a bit of showing off. ???
ОтветитьGreat clamping design and I really like the flip stop
ОтветитьOverall Great Idea and Execution... One Critical remark... your subject was about a Fence and you spent half the video time taking about and making a flip stop... This would be better if you edited out 2/3 of the flip stop and CC portion....
ОтветитьAppreciate your video. Great design and I like the flip stop. I'm looking to build my first table for a vintage Craftsman drill press and wondering whether you ever considered designing and building a swivel fence? I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks again!
ОтветитьHOW COULD YOU SURE THE FENCE IS straight?
Ответитьafter watching thousants of woodworking videos i know that the words CNC, lasercutter and shop upgrades to more than 500sqft are the end of a normal woodworking channel. This is professional working. 99% of the viewers will never have this and some watch because its interesting but change to channels that are more close to reality. the fence is ok, but you could cut the flipstop with a saw and file it smooth. more work but everyone can do it. the only way to get more subscribers with a CNC is someome with hotpants in your shop. than you pass the million subs, even if you are neither good nor creative. regards
ОтветитьI was using woodprix to make it and I did it already :)
ОтветитьClean shop? Unheard of! I’ll watch your videos, like and subscribe, but I don’t know if I can ever forgive you for this breach of all things holy. I can’t even walk into my shop without pulling out several carts and a few rolling tools, first. You can walk all the way around your out feed/assembly table unimpeded. That’s just not done.
ОтветитьLove the flip stop idea. Liked and subbed. The fence could easily have been solved with an L-shaped backer with a large hole cut out in the center to accommodate the drill press post. But I assume your system works well enough. Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻
Ответитьwell, if i had a cnc machine, maybe. but since i don't have that, NO i do not like this .
but, kudos to you for having all the machinery.
When you started using a cnc, you lost a viewer and gained a big thumbs-down, not woodworking, computer programming
ОтветитьNo offense, but I could have cut that aluminum piece with a grinder/Dremel and file almost as fast as your cnc, if not faster... may not been as accurate, but it would have been close and served the same purpose.
ОтветитьI can’t wait to try this at home. Just towards the begin you called it a bevel you cut on your table saw. It was actually a Chamfer.
ОтветитьSeems the round design on the bottom of the flip stop makes it more universal. I use a t-track for my miter station with no fence. Can’t seem to find a flip stop anywhere for it? Can you hook me up with something?
ОтветитьCanadian I'm guessing. First video I've see of yours and I am on the 11 second mark. Am I right?
ОтветитьThese videos are fun to watch but I get a bit tired of people using tools just to make more tools. Can we see something practical for like everyday home use? That's why I like Steve Ramsey he builds stuff people will actually find useful. I know it's fun to tinker with tools but sometimes it feels like what's the point, buy more tools just to make more tools or improve tools. It's all just tools , tools, tools and never something to be used for something else. A bit depressing really.
ОтветитьCNC seems to waste a lot of material. A jigsaw and file would do a good enough job.
ОтветитьSuch negativity from the New Tech police. You don't have to use the new tech tooling, but you should recognise it's worth and not discount everything straight off. Perhaps you shun the automobile and still drive a horse and cart??
ОтветитьGreat outcome once again mate!! Well done!!
ОтветитьExcellent!!!
ОтветитьWhat's a foster bit?
Ответитьyes
