ОтветитьBoho beautiful you are the best!! I didn't manage to do a full split, however I was closest to it than ever.. also for the first time I managed to put my heels fully down in a downward dog! It was crazy! I didn't see it coming until I was there and it surprised me a lot, also it felt so natural. Cant wait for feeling so natural in the split as well. It was a pleasure to follow this stretching yoga flow!! thank you so much.

I want my splits before 20 July and today is 23 June because I want my splits in a dance competition so can anyone or even you plz tell how can I get is faster as I've been doing your 14 day splits challenge and today's my 9th day

ОтветитьQuestion for anybody that can help. I am a soccer player and I am super tight. I never focused enough on flexibility but I would love to achieve the splits. I am not kidding some of the stretches in this sequence look genuinely too advanced for how stiff I am.

ОтветитьFor someone who prefers a slower flow, I set this video to x0.75 speed; gives me more time to feel the stretches, slow and steady. Doing a warm-up beforehand–at least 10min–helps a lot; I feel it makes this practice much safer for my body–and more effective! The backs of my legs felt achy yesterday so I took a foam roller to them. I'm looking forward to more progress as an at-home leisure yoga person 😊 This is fun ✨ (Day 4)

I remember the first time following the video dreaming with the splits, it was the hardest flow ever! lol 😅. Now I enjoy it so much and the splits became an easy position for me 🥰

ОтветитьDay 1- this was horrible as in I almost died and it took me 45 minutes. Really hard and fast paced and a lot of advanced poses, but sticking with it until I can get my splits

Hi, I really like this workout and it's helping me very much! :)
I just find that the music is so annoying. It would be great to have such a workout without or maybe with more relaxing music!
Day 1: have to support me with 3 pillows but I can go further than I thought!
Day 2: not really much different.
Day 3: wow I can touch my toes and I can put my left foot on the ground while doing downward facing dog!
Day 4: my muscles are soar haha
Day 5: I don't see any improvements
Day 6: I can put both feet on the ground with downward facing dog
Day 7: not any further close to the ground..
Day 8: a bit better!
Day 9: still no further
