You should try P1 bro as this one transforms into 4 modes including mobile phones.

is this good also for action cameras or only for smartphones?

I miss using Smooth 4, it died on me in couple of months only. This one is very much like it and foldable profile sure is a plus.

I have been thinking to get Moza Mini S, would actually love one of recent gimbals but they are not available here for now so Moza Mini S is more suitable option I can go for.

This will work with the note 10+?

You mention that the Swift P1 and the compatibility list of cameras is not necessarily the only cameras you can use as it is mostly just weight. I have a Panasonic DMC-ZS100 and new to the world of gimbals. Would I only use the gimbal for the stabilization and use the camera itself for zoom/tracking since there is no app for my camera? Just wondering if I should go with the P1 or the M1.
