Terrible thing the company made, wasting their customers time to try to find the fuck serial number. and making you to register what websites you don't want at all, for example "Asus Webstorge", what fk is that? I just want to update my gaming desktop drivers, I went to CyberpowerPC website, they don't even have the downloading links, only some article to tell something you don't need to know, after ask again and again the chatting bot gave you a link which is transferring you to the Asus website, then the serial number thing, the product name thing, and the Cyberpowerpc is even not on their list!

Why the company intentionally causes such troubles for their customers? I spent tons of time to try to find the serial number, and no where to find it!

Don't trust ASUS ROG. My new ROG zephyrus g15's screen get damaged exactly after one year. I even consult to ROG service centre and they asked to repair which costs 19000. Worst laptops ROG. Don't trust such advertisments.the laptop itself cost 1,30,000

What happened to ASUS??? I used to be able to call them... someone from America would answer and I would get help immediately. I have literally been calling all weekend and now it is Monday. I bought a blu-ray burner a few years ago BW-16D1HT, it stopped reading blu-ray discs. This year I built a new PC and bought a BC-12D2HT blu-ray burner.... it has stopped reading blank blu-rays. The drive came with a program called Power2go (burning software) 2 weeks ago it was working fine, burned some blu-rays, backing up data. Now, when I try to burn in that program it says. This disc is not compatible with this drive. I can't burn anymore. Windows reports it as a DVDROM. Power2go says please insert a (put DVD name here) I have purchased ASUS products pretty much my whole PC building life. I got and ASUS motherboard this year and an ASUS GPU this year. So, now I have 2 pet rocks that don't work. 2 ASUS blu-ray burners that stopped reading blu-ray discs. I have called numerous times. I had to give the serial number many times. Now they are saying I have to purchase a shipping label? That is new to me, I have never had to do that before. I could just print one out. I have already spent 100 bucks on the drive, I am NOT paying another 25 for a shipping label. ASUS just went to s**t. Just this last call I made to ASUS cut me off. 6 or 7 calls later it gets old. I am 59 years old, I have bad hearing and I cannot understand that india accent very much. But, yeah ASUS just went down the toilet. They wanted a survey, well here it is. It's a brand new PC ASUS prime MB, ASUS Geforce 3060 12 gig, 32 ram, i7 -10700F, WD 4 TB HD, windows 10. Now I have all of these blu-ray discs that I can't use. I have 10-15 discs that I burned with this same burner 2 weeks ago. They are useless. i guess the logical thing to do would be to NOT buy ASUS anymore. The tech support is beyond horrible.
