The chaos talisman is to escape pkers if you teleblock them. They run to the chaos altar and go inside, if you don't have one you can't follow. It's a great escape to use because the chances of some pker bringing one is slim.

you should use an alt to teleblock and then bring the marked threat account to get the kill each time. Hopefully the teleblocker remains unblacklisted and they wont be able to escape the one that kills them
