Great job on that! I restored one myself and use it a lot. Your sharpening angle is too steep, however. Sharpened right one of those goes through bread like, well, a hot knife through butter. Nice job overall, though and thanks for sharing! Cheers!

Great job 😊 but you need to file some blue paint off that raised edge - I think it's meant to be self-sharpening like a pair of scissors...
