For those that don’t know, this is actually a modernized version of the Tibetan sleep cure. Originally, the hammer was waaayyyyy bigger. It was supposed to help people afflicted with insomnia sleep forever and soundly!

When she’s grinding the suboccipital area I wonder if it could help with tinnitus. They say tinnitus is linked to suboccipital tension and that there’s a trick you can do where you drum your thumbs on the area to lower the sound.
