Xiao-LongBao is so watering, because they use pork skin to slow cook it with simple season and water, just to make it jelly so that they can make the fat-free yummy jelly into the pork. that's why when you eat the Xiao-LongBars, they are so watering, not oily. got it? you have been saying it wrong from Shanghai, to Shanxi, to Taiwan. enoughed. right.
