We're in the tribulation right now and the millennial reign simultaneously! Our Lord comes back for the 2nd coming and that alone along with the "rapture" which is judgement day! I was taught pre trib my whole life but it's just not in the scriptures folks. You'll get a pat on the back from for all it's worth you nailed it brother!

It very well could be a salvation issue....if you have bievers thinking they are escaping all the hell then they could loose their faith in Jesus and apostate. It most certainly is a salvation issue. Jesus tells us throughout scripture we will be persecuted for his name up unto death.

Appreciate your view but it’s sad to see you repeat the misnomer that you do not find a pretrib rapture prior to the 18th century. Thats not true. Lee Brainard (among others) has done some work in this space and has identified many examples. Still safe to say it wasn’t the popular opinion but there are a lot of things that were popularly accepted by the Catholic Church during this time that we as evangelicals would whole heartedly agree are false doctrine.

More apostasy down a slippery slope by this guy who likes to flex his muscles in a Under Amour shirt and show off his unbiblical tattoos. I knew a handful of Christians, one a pastor, one with a radio ministry, one on a worship team who left pre-trib, then to post-trip, onward to partial preterism and amillennialism then to post-mill and two of them ended up believing in transmillennialism aka full-preterism believing all of Revelation is fulfilled or in other words we are living in heaven right now. A group of them said I should be stoned to death for continuing to believe in heretical pre-trib (I'm actually partial-pre-trib). Some of the reasons for the apostasy of these Christians is their emphasis on hyper prosperity like this pastor who talks about flourishing. Luke 21:24 "...until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled." We are near the end of the times of the Gentiles with an emphasis back on Israel, the bride of YHWH. The door is closing. This pastor apostatizing due in part to his comfortable Laodicean life.

Just remember there is a difference between persecution , suffering and the complete wrath of God. Yes we are to share the good news of Jesus while there is still time. The word "rapture" is not in the scripture - true. Neither is the word trinity, and many other descriptive terms. And the rapture idea DID NOT originate with Darby & Scofield. It's not a salvation issue. Sounds a lot like Rick Wiles. There is nothing "secret" about the rapture.What is unknown is when it happens.

Pretrib rapture - no. Postrib rapture - yes, I’m all for that.

HOWEVER , it sounds as if he’s mixing the postrib rapture with the post-milliniall view. The latter is problematic.

Sounds like at times he’s arguing for either historical or classical premillennialism - but then shifts possibly to post millennial. I love the former, yet the latter is somewhat problematic in my view.

So the verses in the Bible don’t speak about the Blessed Hope? We will have to agree to disagree that the Rapture was given to us by Darby. I believe the Apostles wrote about it 2000 years ago.

That’s actually a false statement…. Some of the early church father’s writings talk about pre rap, dispensation and pre millennial….
Especially John the apostles disciples… Polycarp, Iraneus, eusbeius, hypolatyus … all from before 200 AD. So Darby starting it is absolutely not true

This man needs to stop reading commentaries so definitive source for interpreting the Bible. A pre-tribulation rapture is defined in the Bible in Revelation 4:1

2 Timothy 2:15 dividing right the word of God. 1 Corinthians 15, it’s a mystery meaning it hasn’t been revealed before, so for Mathew 24 it’s for the Jews but 1 Corinthians 15 God reveals to Paul there’s another rapture for the church 1 Thessalonians 4 the word is Harpazo (raptured, taken away) to be with the Lord (key) to be where? In heaven? There’s a pre tribulation not a post tribulation. No offense but in this study the word is not being correctly divided.
The rapture for the church was revealed afterwards and I think that’s where the confusion is in this bible study.

Paul proves there is no pretrib rapture. Where? 2Thess. 2:1-3. How? He says the day of our gathering together unto him (rapture) will not happen unless the apostasy happens first, and the man of Lawlessness is revealed. So where is the imminent pretrib rapture in that?

Paul tells us to "rightly divide the word of truth." Paul tells us that the word of truth is the gospel of our salvation. Our gospel is the gospel of the grace of God. The Jews were under the gospel of the kingdom.

We under the gospel of the grace of God are saved by belief of the death, burial and resurrection. I Corinthians 15:1-4.

The Jews under the gospel of the kingdom were saved by belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. That is why you see so many verses in Matthew through John talking about believing in the name of Jesus.

We will be raptured up and appear at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

The Jews and those who are not saved by belief of the gospel of the grace of God will have to go through the Tribulation.

There are three judgments that will occur after the Tribulation. These judgments are The Judgment of Israel in the Wilderness, The Judgment of the Sheep and Goat Nations and The Great White Throne Judgment.

The Early Church Fathers clearly taught the Pre-Tribulation catching up or Hardpzo / rapture of the Church. Jesus taught this Mystery in John 14:6. Jesus is coming for His Bride & He paid for our Sins & we will not experience the Wrath of God. The word Bible, Grandfather or Trinity is not also found in the Bible. Darby, is not the origin of this doctrine. The rapture is not secret, but He will come as a Thief & we the Church needs to be ready for Christ, not ready to be beat up & taking God’s Wrath. I have studied this doctrine a lot & your presentation took a very narrow approach

What about the concept that we stay on the earth through the time of tribulation (Matthew 24), but when the wrath of God is poured out, we are gathered, taken, raptured to be with Jesus? After this, those not appointed to wrath, who come out of the tribulation, appear in Heaven (Rev 7). You are assuming a literal 1,000 year Kingdom on the physical earth (plausible, but not absolute). Check the Greek on "taken" between Noah's time and the two . . . airo vs. lambano

The Rapture
The rapture will happen after the Antichrist is revealed and before Jesus come back again in Jerusalem to be King of Peace on earth.
Other than that is merely speculation.

You are literaly upside down on everything.

The Tribulation is for the jew not the bride. Why would God put His bride through that? Seems odd. It's for the Jews b/c the "require a sign." J Vernon McCee was mid trib. I don't view this as a separting issue but I do have strong Dispensational views. I don't believe the rapture will be secret. The world will know.
