ОтветитьI am trying to learn advanced step but I find these basic to advance step routines so hard when Chris and I aren't doing the same thing. I especially get confused when turning. Does anyone have advice? Maybe I am just not ready for advanced?

ОтветитьChris, you are always so motivating to me. I tend to do your step workouts a couple of days a week after work, when my energy is mostly depleted. I always feel better afterwards! (And yes, I do incorporate workouts with weights in my week.) Thanks for all you do!

Love this class because allow me to try more advanced moves. I couldn't do all of the advanced movements but in my level I was able to enjoy the all choreography and that's the all point ❤

ОтветитьSo fun. I started doing your videos about 3 weeks ago. I loved step aerobics in the 90’s. I am now 64 and still love it but definitely not as agile as I once was but I can already see my agility improving especially laterally.
