Well... As a developer I do agree up to some level, yet it's rather difficult to focus or coding when everyone interrupts you every 15 minutes.

A true team-player would understand this, and stop interrupting their colleagues in response. It's sad that in reality many of those people who identify themselves as team-players, lack the empathy to understand this. These people make the work environment toxic for those that need long stretches of uninterrupted focus to do their job.

Thank you for amazing videos. I combined Powerful Teamwork and this video together and showed each on consecutive days for our unit on collaboration and teamwork for bell ringers. The videos really hit home. Now I, showing them Remember the titans, This movie really brings home teamwork and the many obstacles they had to overcome.

Great video! My favorite part is "everything goes great until it doesn't". Not everyone understands the importance of teamwork.
