Hello Dr.Biernacki...And yes my Left Toe has no Pain...But a odd feeling around me joint area...like a Bone is sticking out..??

I'm a 60 yr old tomboy. Athletic, taught P.E. and Science. I have super high arches, heel spurs, many breaks that had zero medical intervention (poor college kid), I can hardly walk, now. I would beg for shots for the heel spurs. 10 seconds of pain for 3 months of relief. Then, my the ball of both of my feet hurt sooo badly. I also wore inserts as a young kid cuz I walked funny.
