Is this formation more effective than 4231 or 4411?

my favourite formation this year. ive noticed though, it has a vulnerability against opponents doing switches between their fullbacks. with narrow width, is the plan just to let them have the switch and then win the ball back when they want to get forward... does this also mean the formation is not as good for pressing/when needing to come back
