Mionix has some of the crappiest scroll wheels ever. Everything else about the mouse is great. I went from my Castor to the G pro and the G pro is so much better.

I was going to wait for Black Friday and get the Naos 7000 if it drops in price but now I'm concerned as you said it can be difficult to pick up. That and the slippery surface are the reasons that made me replace my EC1-A in a matter of 2-3 weeks

please review the g300s, im really curious on what your opinion is about the mouse.

been playing csgo with the naos for the past few years. love it. always find my hands cramping up on other mice as i use a palm grip. probably just preference, but i've loved it. it does have cursor drift on many hard/shiny pads.

Owning a Naos 7000, I am rather curious whether you happen to know any mice that have a coating that is similar to the one Mionix uses in their mice. And in general, I think that would be a good addition to your review process, as some people have issues with certain types of coating, rendering an otherwise perfect mouse unusable.

GJ on the review and I have to agree on the main points you made: The shape is REALLY comfortable but makes the mouse kind of hard to lift and the gimmicky stuff in the QG literally made me point, laugh and cry when Mionix announced it.

Ciao a tutti, da un po di tempo sti meditanto l acquisto di un serio monitor da gaming, ma non so quale scegliere, ci voglio connettere due cavi HDMI, uno per la mia Ps4, e uno per un PC che mi comprerò in futuro, ho intenzione di videogiocare con entrambe le piattaforme, deve avere una uscita audio Jack che connetterò a delle casse, ma deve avere anche un impianto stereo integrato, neanche di altissima qualità... il monitor deve essere o di 27 pollici o 28, deve essere 16:9, cerco un monitor disponibile solo nero, con dei bordi più sottili possibile, inoltre se è possibile, leggermente curvo. Hey Zy, could you measure the width of the mouse at the top? I'd like to know it's width from the left edge to the right edge, where the ring finger "falls down on the ledge". Is this top width narrower than on other mice? You said, you didn't like the Corsair Sabre because of it's wings. But I actually do not dislike them, so maybe I'd also like the Naos' shape.

Hey does laser and optical sensors have a difference when using low dpi?

ayee, you do have a video of this mouse! Right on. I'm strongly considering buying this. love the shape, but it looks a tad too bulky for my 19cmx10cm hands.

have you not noticed the click latency mcu adjust? 0ms-2ms default- more, how much idunno, if you haven't and you returned it then it's sad, since you are saying left button hollow and the right misclick, you can dial it all the way up on the mcu register delay(time you press it down enough for it to register, like dota 2 minimap back when it was cfg only and finally now menu adjustable)

The Mionix Naos 7000 is the best mouse I've used for RTS style games (SC2, DotA 2, etc...).

Nothing has come close. I have to agree, it wouldn't be as good for FPS.

In my case, i love big and heavy Mice, also almost never lift the mouse up.
in the 1990 used to game on microsoft mice, in 2006 went whit the mx revolution from logitech, the first one of the mv familly. Always been playing Q2 and Q3. So for me would you recomend the Mionix?. Also could you try and review some vertical Mice?

P.D. just rememberd in q2 and q3 i always needed to put mouse sensitivity up to between 14 and 20, and yes, 10 was normally the max in the menu, used comands for that, so i dont care about low dpi, just about precicion and high dpi, thats how i can play not lifting. :-)

I currently own the Naos 7000. It took a bit to get used to, but you pretty much have to use your ring finger with thumb to pick it up. It feels great in the hand... only downside was that after 1 year, the right click started wearing down and sticks.. and the middle click literally died (still clicks, but does nothing). Replacing it with the G Pro.

games are generally so impredictible... you can have fun momments you can have bad momments you can have tensious momments, how do fuck you build a mouse like that

Mionix mice are super comfortable, but their durability is very poor. I've owned two Naos mice and their left button started double-clicking on both only after 3-4 months. They aren't cheap too so I'm not coming back Mionix.

how did you get it gray?

Currently using a naos 7000, 10.5 cm wide hands, 18cm long. Can be kinda awkward to pick up, what would be an alternative?

Im going to assume that this mouse has similar dimensions as Naos 7000; for~19x~10.5 hands it is kind of awkward to claw grip for RTS games - or any game where you need to claw grip. Palm gripping the mouse is also something that you need to get used to if you have hands this size. Durability is quesitonable because i have middle mouse click issues and I see in some comments other people have issues w other buttons as well.

Hey Rocket Jump Ninja, I have been looking for a mouse similar in form to the old logitech g9x mouse. If you were familiar with this mouse, might you have a suggestion for a mouse with new sensor/ up to date internals but with a similar feel? Thanks for your help. Your videos kick ass.

my mionix naos 7000 texture started to come off after 4 years of usage, also the middle mouse button is hard to use

Literally the best review this mouse can get. Remove this stupid heart rate sensor. make the size S-M and about 90~ grams. the same shape and beautiful right hand design for thumb and finger. make the mouse buttons softer and more crisp and slightly elevated. Literally making the dream mouse based on only on that.

Thank you for including measurements/grip styles in your reviews. It's such an important thing when choosing it mouse yet doesn't get talked about as much as it should. I'm getting the Corsair Glaive based on your review (21cm, 10cm hands, long slender annoying fingers lol). I hope it supports the little fingers enough for them to not rub up on my mousepad like all other mice I've used (G502, Mionix Naos 7000).

What game is that

i found this after buying the mouse. i have this to say: I bought it almost two years ago, still going strong, nothing is coming off or not working, still almost as new (i do take care of my things though so).
Very very comfortable and i have slightly smaller hands than Zy here.
I DO NOT USE IT FOR FPS anymore, its just too big and clunky, also on the "heavier"side. I USE A G305 now, MUCH BETTER IN TERMS OF FPS. The mionix i use it for EVERYTHING ELSE. is the mouse i have if im not playing games.
I DO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE SENSOR SKIPPING BUT APPARENTLY IT HAS TO DO WITH SOFTWARE AND SOMETHING, HAPPENS ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS NOW. Was worst before, mionix hasnt come up and fixed this. What i have to do is apply setting on the software and it goes away, until it comes back lol.
I LOVE THE FINGER REST PARTS. Thats mainly why i got the mouse, for my long sessions lurking.

this mouse is really the best mouse i've ever used for awping "only" in CSGO, my flicks were nearly always on the target, unfortunately it is terrible on rifles. I am looking for the same shape but lighter.

how does the angle tuning feature work? i wonder if this works as one would expect it too. angle tuning basically fixes the problem where if you're holding your mouse sideways at a 90 degree angle and move the mouse upwards with the intention to go up, the optical sensor thinks youre moving horizontally and the crosshair will move horizontally instead of up. this along with the madcatz pro x mouse are the only two on the market ive seen that have this feature.

This is the most comfortable mouse I've tried when it comes to mmorpg's however not for mobas, it feels strange lifting it and moving the mouse quickly and accurately can be difficult. It feels heavier than most mice but I think that is because of the shape, making it harder to lift.
