Own an Avenger BP in .22, from Pyramid Air and really impressed.
My first step into pcp.
Upgrade from heavy modded, of course the Crosman 1377.
This could be just be the pcp version of classic and loved 1377.
Admittedly it would be hard considering considering the 1377 history.
Just a thought.

Just thinking you should know...I have a gamo .22 igt mach1 magnum break barrel with a 59.00 tasco air scope that will shoot the center out of those targets at 40 yards shooting crosman domed 19g heavy...100% every squirrel every pigeon every crow...every time...1 shot...1 kill..

If they only lasted a decent amount of time. I got mine on pre order. Worked great, but it is leaking now. You get what you pay for.

After seeing this review I went and bought one today 22 cal in beechwood stock. What a user friendly versatile gun. I am sure its going to give my 40ft/lb Daystate Regal a run for its money. Thanks Chris. You rock man!!!!

Are you sure on the reg settings as you kept looking and referring to the wrong gauge.

I’ve been researching budget pcps and have a couple below 500.00 picked out but from watching the reviews on this gun I’m thinking that this is the one to go with. Every review this thing is super accurate.

Once you buy the gun, how much does it cost to pressurize it? I know you can hand pump but that gets old after a while.

Man I wish they were still $299. But 349 isn’t horrible. Getting mine soon.. I’d love to do .25 as I don’t have one yet, but lead is tough to find that size, and can be spendy for the better pellets. Have a .22 Hatsan Vectis already. So I might just stick with .22 Way easier to find what you want

I scored a refurb .22 Avenger from Pyramid Air for $200. Nothing at all wrong with it except the one magazine it came with was messed up and wouldn’t feed properly without jamming. I contacted them and they sent me two new mags for my troubles. What a great outfit. I have no affiliation except being a happy customer.

How does it compare to the Marauder? From what I've read and seen its louder, more plastic and requires a Donny fl adapter to eleviate barrel drift. I almost want to buy one....but dang my Maurauder can keep up with my impact fx m2 ....at least to 50 yards.

I am new to pcp rifles, I just got the hatsan flashpup QE in 22 cal... I bought a hand pump for Amazon and it takes about 20 minutes of serious pushing to fill it. I had to send it back to the Airgun depot because I had chips in the stock and looked used. Hopefully my replacement will get here soon and be in good shape. I have five or six 177 cals that shoot over 1200 fps so im hoping this 22 cal will offer more stopping power at 900 to 1000 fps.

The best shot in american history was not my relative... Tim Murphy who killed more British generals in the revolutionary war.... it was Billy Stewart ... The wonder of Camp Parry. He held the title at 1000 yards for 24 years. It meant he brought home a truck full of ww2 ammo... could shoot all I want ... just reload new shells ....shoot up that old ammo. Billy died at 78 and he was my sponsor for my first leg of distinguished expert... billy never used a scope.... wrap yer head around that.. never till the day he died. His favorite hunter was the marlin 39A ....22 cal. lever action.. very timid very accurate ... Billy would so backflips over these if he had lived to see the day...
