Can anyone tell me if it is possible to chance the stem, handlebar and bearingcover to deda superbox dcr to get the brake hoses fully out internal? Visible cables are a no go on a bike this expensive and this solution looks like a bodge to me
ОтветитьDoesn´t feel like an ad at all.
ОтветитьThis bike is lighter but is it Faster than the previous model?
ОтветитьDoes routing mech shifting cables have any effect on the quality of shifting?
ОтветитьThanks for a great review! Can any bike shop service the break and gear cables that are routed under the handlebars stem (Orca M30 mechanical) ?
Ответитьit’s seems to me with this beauty, there is no more struggle climbing tho. Thanks GCN for this review ❤
ОтветитьI think…bike manufacturers are running out of ideas. Certainly I’m sure, the carbon is top notch, the lay ups is something reverse engineered from an alien spaceship, it is as elegant an engineered riding plateform as money can buy…and all that. I still note the bike is unremarkable. It is what you’d expect for $10,000 of quality, but that’s it. Elegantly simple and called Orbea…leaves me wondering what any manufacturer can do any longer…?
ОтветитьAs someone who doesnt ride fast enough to benefit from aero and struggles on hills.... this will do nicely.
ОтветитьWill this bike last with my 90kg bodyweight?
ОтветитьI'm going to guess the entry period has passed? :(
Ответитьoh no! What does Ollie have to say to that?!?
ОтветитьIt's about time the seat stays meet the top tube again! Beautiful a classical design!
Ответитьthe size of this bike ?
Ответитьto be honest, don´t be fooled guys, all frames almost look the same, so just go for the cheapest brand...compared dozens of frames and cmon it´s just a name on the frame LMAO!!!
And a loooooooooot of marketing bs!!!
This made me think is SRAM axs crank 2x or THM crankset 2x more aero
ОтветитьAero means nothing to me if you haven’t got the legs to push it forward and the proper terrain to express it. 100% lightweight do-it all bike to enjoy the ride !
Ответить@gcn did you announce winner?
ОтветитьSilly question maybe... anyone pretty sure what colour the Orca in the video is? Olive green or copper? Other than that, amazing bike, just about to order mine!
ОтветитьEnough with the frenzy dropped seat stays trend. This look way better.
ОтветитьÍ‘d prefer a lightweight bike over aero
ОтветитьThere's a bunch of people in Morgan Hill CA who will say that they have a bike that is lighter.
ОтветитьSimon, there’s no link for contest mate. Help a fella out?
ОтветитьThat bike looks stunning. Big fan of the low weight and the look Orbea achieve whilst keeping that in mind 🎉
ОтветитьI need that bike so bad! Mine is a 10 years old Müsing aluminium bike and I want to start participating in races now, hence I need a better bike !
ОтветитьThe traditionale seat stays suits the bike way better, in my opinion! 🤩 It definitily would make me much happier having a bike that looks this, then going that little bit faster with a more aerodynamic setup
Ответитьwhere is the link for the competition, i only see a link to the orbea website?
ОтветитьI really want this bike, it would be a big upgrade. Thx for the chance to win it gcn!
ОтветитьAero
ОтветитьWhy Why Why are there no tests or review of the bikes with human price :D like the Orca M35i? please can you test it ?
ОтветитьLet’s talk about the stick/rock tech 😮
ОтветитьWell, Global Cycling Network is not so global.
Ответитьsideview doesn't show the right front fork color????
ОтветитьThat bike is an absolute beauty!❤️🔥
ОтветитьI'm not a climber, but compliance and comfort on bad tarmac, are much appreciated :-)
ОтветитьIt's a looker! I was never a big fan of dropped stays. The Orca sounds like a great bike, I'll be adding one to my wish list.
I wonder how it would handle for longer rides - gran fondo days when you can be slogging up the climbs for hours? Please can you do a direct comparison of this new bike (in the real-world-affordable OMR frame) and the Specialized Aethos (in the real-world-affordable Comp frame, not the S-Works).
I love my Orca Aero... and now I want a new climber. Stunning bike.
ОтветитьI hope i win this bike. This would be a great birthday gift for me.
ОтветитьFabulous! Love it !!
ОтветитьCan anybody else get the configurât or to work ???
ОтветитьHey, can You make a video about Orbea warranty process??!!?! They do not care about customers at all - I am waiting like an idiot for their response and you show here how amazing orbea is - therefore take credit for what You do and show customer service after purchase which is a disaster in Orbea.
ОтветитьThis bike is really great! And there are so many ways to really personalize this bike, wow!
ОтветитьWhat a beast for the only thing counting on Strava: climbing!!!
ОтветитьI never believe very much in the whole aero concept. I'm 1.95 tall and just can't imagine that a concealed cable, flattened front fork or flat handlebars will make any difference to me. A lighter frame, on the other hand... As far as I'm concerned, a good choice from Orbea to focus on weight savings. Anyway, a beautiful bike this new Orca
ОтветитьTBH i just want to uppgrade from my 300 euro bike... But if i succeed in beating the sprint record this year i will feel like a GOD with the 300 euro bike. I know that i am racing against 4000 Euro+, Thx for the awesome videos!
ОтветитьLooks fantastic! I want one!
ОтветитьIt would be great to win the new Orca. I'm currently in the process of replacing my old Orbea Orca rim brake, which actually looks a lot like this new one. Great bike and I love it, but due to a crack in the bottom bracket part of the bike, I have to replace it...
