I just noticed a continuity error. Thanos presses the axe against Thor, then gets hit with the hammer. Thanos gets pushed off screen. A second later when he reappears on screen, he is seen holding his sword. If you notice Thanos was disarmed by Thor and the sword was thrown away earlier. This continuity error may be redeemed if Thanos was throwing Thor around the area towards the sword on the ground, until the sword was just a hand's reach away. xD

What was interesting is that Thanos knew very well of Tony and Thor but didn’t quite understand how or who cap was beating his ass for a couple seconds lol

it's a good scene but honestly how underpowered Thor was in this movie was a serious plot hole. In the last movie he's the most powerful an avenger has ever been, taking down the army by himself, the only match for the infinity stones. Now, he gains some weight and can't even get two good punches in on Thanos with no stones? If it was the thor from IW Thanos would be dead in like 10 seconds

This fight shows that even if they took the glove off of Thanos on Titan, they would have still had a fight on their hands

The scene where Cap uses Mjolnir is cinematic gold on par with Luke destroying the Death Star or Rocky defeating Apollo Creed.

There are subtle lines and tiny scenes in (great) movies that reveal tremendous things about the character of a True Hero.
Thor smiling and saying, "I knew it!" when Cap gets the hammer is such a scene. A villain--or just a petty person--would grimace and frown with envy at seeing they're not the only 'special' person who can wield tremendous power; here Thor is happy that not only to be saved, but that there's Someone Else who's just as Worthy as he is. He's cheering on a buddy, rather than being a hater.
(The fact I had to write this much shows how much is contained in these scenes/acts.)

PS A similar type of 'selfless' heroism can be seen in "Empire Strikes Back," where everyone still on Hoth cheers when it's announced, "The First Transport is away." They're still on Hoth risking their lives and dying so that others can escape and live; and just news that others have Made It gives them reason to celebrate.

Thanos wields thors hammer without thor touching it means thanos is worthy, so thanos not evil, thanos worthy.

With the benefit of hindsight, there's something I've wondered. So Stormbreaker doesn't have the worthy spell on it, thus you also don't get Thor's powers, you just need to be really strong. Stormbreaker is magically enhanced when Thor(then later Cap) uses it, not Thanos. When Thanos is pushing it towards Thor's chest, why doesn't he just magically send it back up into Thanos's face?

I know it was done for the Cap Mjolnir scene. But hypothetically if Cap wasn't there or died earlier, I'm sure that's something they would've had Thor do.

Mjolnir may be Thor's baby, but Cap wields it in a way that I think even Odin Himself couldn't foresee. The ease, and the intuitiveness, that Steve uses this new weapon, in combination with his first love with his shield, is nothing short of beautiful. Hes a soldier, and a professional. Hes seen how Thor used Mjolnir, he knew what he could do with it, and he knew what his shield could do and how it reacts with the hammer as seen in the first two Avengers. The lightning was just the icing on the cake. Captain America, Steve Rogers, the man with a voice that could command a god.

When Tony tells Thor "hit me" was moment I had been waiting for since Avengers. The fight scene between Tony and Thor in the woods while Loki watched. When Thor hit Tony with the lightning blast and his batteries to over 400% capacity, I knew along the way they would use that again as partners.
