Why is this such a complicated process, it's so easy to track and add blur or other effects to an object, why not just another clip? Seems like it should be easier

I LOVE Davinci but sometimes it just pisses me off how complicated things can be! How would you even start to figure out all the options you had to chose, hidden in all kind of menus and dropdowns?

although the tracking point works, the image doesn't follow the movement and only gitters in place, how do I fix this?

Great video! But I tend to learn best when I understand the WHY behind the WHAT. For example, why do I have to make it a compound clip? If I understood the why then I will remember to do it. Anyone else learns the same way?

Is this possible to track short video animations? not just pictures

If anyone is having problems with Pasting Track Data looking longer than Copied Track Data - this is how I fixed it. My timeline FPS was 24, but I had a Video track of 30FPS and a compound clip of 24FPS. Your clips need to be the same as the timeline. Change the Clip attributes in your media pool so they match your project timeline FPS. Later.

now we need the same thing for version 18 please

what if tracker is super late having trouble with an image keeping up with tracker

How do you add the track data to a node with a mask in the colour window to the tracked data???? This is making me tear my hair out. The simplest of things are so much effort in this program.

Can you make a video on how to do it manually because when you have low res video it's hard for software to stay on track

hey im having some trouble. i dont find the stabilizer anywhere altough i saw how you did it and so i tried to see if its automatic thinking it might have been updated. but now its says "please select a power window and enable interactive tracking mode first"

when I copy the track data and paste it on the compound clip the track data isn’t the same

when i copy the track data then paste it. it’s different. yes i did the -100 and zoom things and it’s on classic stabilizer. it just won’t paste the same thing

Does this also work in the free version? I have the smallest screen and I can't read the text on the settings, that's why I haven't tried it yet. Does anyone know if this could be done in the free version?

So I tried to add 2 trackers and 1 works but the others just say goodbye. Can you only use 1 tracker in every clip?
