. After Effects Export - How To Export High Quality videos with Low File Size In Adobe After Effect

There are two ways to export a video in After Effects. The first way is to export your video directly in after effects by Adding it to render queue. this is the most commonly used method because it doesn't require installing Adobe media encoder. to take this step, first go to the sequence window and select sequence. next select sequence settings, and select add to render queue.

A video render queue composition will immediately open up. the major problem with this technique is that you cannot reduce the size of a video without losing quality in After Effects.

The second and best method is to send it to adobe media encoder queue, you ca do this by going to the sequence window and select composition, select add to adobe media encoder queue ( if you do not have adobe media encoder, i will recommend you get it). so to continue, adobe media encoder will automatically launch, select h.264 text and an export window that looks very similar to adobe premiere pro will open up.

select your preferred export settings, select export at maximum depth, you can further adjust the video quality and the file size by adjusting the bitrate settings
