Once you are asked to get off a flight, regardless if you're right or wrong, you are getting off that plane, period! So just get off without forcing everyone else to be inconvenienced. If he had gotten off and posted on social media that he was sleeping and was kicked off because he didn't respond he probably would have people's sympathy, but it's his actions afterward that are unlikable. He behaved like a baby and wanted everyone to be inconvenienced and he says he didn't want attention. Well then get off quietly and deal with the situation in private. He made his problem everyone else's problem. And he calls an elderly man fat, why though, and I just watched the video and he referenced him being white too so he's also being racist. If it was the other way around and a white man said to a black man what he said to the white man he would be crying about racism. People need to gey over themselves and take responsibility. He did owe the passengers something. The plane was already pushed off the gate and was going to taxi to the runway and because he couldn’t be woken up they had to turn around and go back to the gate. Imagine how frustrating and infuriating that is for all the other passengers. Put yourself in their shoes for a minute. You should’ve got your priorities straight and not been out partying all night if you knew how important it was to see your son. You messed up. Own up to it. The passengers had all the right to be mad at you and give you the stinkeye for messing up there flight. The flight attendants did what they thought to be right because based on what you told them that you were out partying all night, they thought you were under the influence or drugs or alcohol, which it’s illegal to fly if you are impaired. YOU MESSED UP. OWN IT!

Who wouldn’t have reacted that way, waking up to a commotion? He was just minding his own business, trying to sleep. He wasn’t yelling or being a threat. He was calm. But you can’t blame him for insulting that man. He’s human and needed to express his feelings cuz he felt attacked which made him said those things, especially since he was the center of attention and being kicked off the plane. Well, this all happened because of that one person who was hating at that point and happens to be working for the airline he was in.

Respectfully, it's kinda selfish of you to be out partying the night before then expect next day you were gonna catch a flight to get home, from Miami to LA, to see your son without delay and interruption to your day. Yea sure you've done this a million times, and it probably went smoothly for you without fail. But there are times when it doesnt, and situations test your patience. Clearly OBJ's patience was tested and boy did he fail.

To OBJ's defense though, calling the cops to have you removed from the plane was uncalled for and excessive. But we live in a post 9/11 world now, so whatever your flight attendant or crew says goes. My advice - drop the attitude next time, humble yourself, understand things don't go according to plan, and try to be patient as things resolve on their own. You can only control what you can control.

First time a first class guy was stopped because of seatbelt WHICH HE DID and wanted him to get off. Only in America because its a racist country.
