ОтветитьAre you telling me you never seen Persimmons? It's massive in China and India. They get imported to Europe during winter time.
ОтветитьI am an Latvian, I live near Jelgava, and also its crazy to hear you talking so much good stuff about Latvia, You should check ''Rundale Palace ''
ОтветитьThe fruit is "hurma", looked up for it's English names: Diospyros kaki, the Oriental persimmon, Chinese persimmon, Japanese persimmon or kaki persimmon. So, in short, just call it "persimmon".
ОтветитьDid each of you have a favorite food from the market? The persimmon looks very interesting...
ОтветитьBasicly - if cucumber is marinaded/pickled for the longer period of time, or as we say here "for winter", they become more softer. We usually use them in salads. While ones that pickle for smaller period of time (a day or for a week) are more crunchy.
Also if you want to try Latvian cusine, try going to LIDO.
Paldies par video 🥰 (Thank you for the video in Latvian)
The largest market thing is debatable seems like everywhere says it has largest market in europe like in Bucharest and in Odessa.
ОтветитьOh my goodness! What a huge market! I love it! I know pickled cucumbers and sauerkraut and I eat them often, but I have never eaten this fruit 🙃
Greetings from Yorkshire 🤗
