A lot of people complain about not being able to find a job, but they never explain what they've done so we can get a good idea about what they're doing wrong. I been working in engineering for 4 years without a degree. I think it really depends on how you sell yourself, if your terrible with people or don't understand all the hidden rules about how companies do things, you'll never get a job. Ever. I'm not saying things are not tough out there but, I do want to understand what's going on. Makes me more appreciate of my job as well. Joshua Fluke is a good guy to watch some of his videos on how companies operate and how to get a job

I was looking in the tech field. 1. Most ask for mid-senior level.
2. Most want someone for example: in ux/ui design, to know management, web designing some even ask for software development skill. How am i supposed to get an entry level when they have such demands?

At what point do you talk about the challenges to obtain a career in these fields? The certifications, degree and connections are not just it. What about the testing recruiters give to applicants during the interview process? Additionally, the fundamentals that will be required in these positions? UI/UX is an amazing field. But having a portfolio is just not enough.
