I hope all is well with you.
First, I must say thank you for this awesome routine.
I have worked out over the years. I have always enjoyed yoga moves, however,
life happens and I fell out of my routine.
I found all kinds of things happening to me and my body that don't compliment my feeling and my health.
I started working with this routine about 2 years ago and got to about day 10 and stopped
because of certain discomforts i was experiencing.
I restarted a few days ago and I'm certainly enjoying and embracing the flow.
I even started to walk with my stomach in like I used to before having my son.
You are an awesome guide.
Those little talks are instructive.
May your dedication disrupt/interrupt the flow of those of us who need to be a little more dedicated.
I am making a promise to myself not to fall out of sync again.
I am loving this and I will find the other advanced videos when the time comes.
I really believe when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

ОтветитьThis is the first ever workout I have continued.....I can even feel strength and more flexibility in my body...this is the best way of workout which suits me the most within 30 mins. This can be highly recommend with strech and proper rest days....I just loved it ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterdays practise was tough but oddly I didn't feel sore like I did like in HIT session at the beginning of this challenge. I feel so relaxed after today's☀️practise. So glad I've made it this far, almost halfway through the challenge😬WOOO WOOOOOP😬👐🏼

I used to move more than I’m doing these days, staying at home is causing different problems to my body. I started a diet (with help of my doctor) and this program so I hope this improves my quality of life. Thank you for the videos and your time. XOXO

ОтветитьI combine running with this challenge and I'm LOVING it! I just went for a run and normally I skip this class on my running days but today I didn't, and it was awesome! My muscles are not so sore anymore and I'm feeling very calm right now. Thank you, Julia Marie, I really love your style ✨💛

ОтветитьI can't believe I almost skipped today because it was rest day, do 20 minutes really take any time of my day? Thankfully I gathered the strength to do it, I was a little sore but it got so much better
