Excellent video! I would love to get a Macintosh Classic, but I don’t have any experience replacing capacitors. I don’t know if the motherboard slides out of that model.
ОтветитьHuxley! Sweet video
ОтветитьI like this video. Great speaking voice, easy to listen to, you don't waste any time, and the subject matter is interesting. Thank you for uploading! I've always wondered what real-world impact there would be if an FPU was installed in an LC mac. I have an LC 630 that I've owned since 1994.
ОтветитьPut a mystic board in it lmao 😂
ОтветитьVery cool and entertaining video! I enjoyed it!
ОтветитьIf I recall correctly, floating-point circuitry became standard with the PowerPC and Pentium architectures.
ОтветитьWhere can you get the Chip Puller Tool you are using?
ОтветитьThat's a nice upgrade. I'm currently going through my collection and boxes in storage, and my first box happened to have a number of LC575 logic boards! As well as some Performa 580 and LC 630 logic boards... An unboxing video should be up soon.
ОтветитьWeird thing is my 575 board has a 4.5v battery instead of 3.6v. My 550 board (68030) I originally had, had the 3.6v battery this one has.
ОтветитьDear lord stick that under in between the pin!
ОтветитьThank you for your proper pronunciation that I can understand very well. Because English is my second language.
ОтветитьAwesome! It takes me back to my SE/30 days in my youth.
I really loved the System 6 era 68k macs.
Do you think there are any real world applications for a semi-stable emulated 68k Mac, preferably with a large screen?
I'm thinking of setting up an old laptop to run System 6 and 7 and get back into my old software.
Everyone understands the importance of a ZIF socket now?
ОтветитьAre you wearing an ESD strap on your ankle?
