these results just don't see believable, the i5 13400 should be far more superior, plus the "4 sticks of DDR4 4800MHz" in the description which in my experience are simply not possible with a 9th gen locked i5

No way in hell did you get 4*16GB at 4800 Mhz running on a non K chip on Z390. That's a tall order on a high end 11th gen chip and mobo. 9th gen you were lucky to break into the 4000s with a 9900K and high end board
