We just got back from our cruise. One of the stops we had was Istanbul. We had the chance visiting the spice market. Wow….. we were very impressed. It’s a place we will never forget. Hope we can go back there one day.

So there seems to be a big difference between the Lira and USD. I am basing this off what I am seeing now in Sept 2022. As of Sept 2022, 280 Lira equals not even $16 USD. Has the value of the Lira dropped that much? Saw another video where they said 10,000 TL equalled $1200 but right now that is $548. What am I missing? Thank you for the video.

Good place to visit, but people are not honest, scammers and they give you a x10 price all the time. You need to visit the places where the price in on the product.
