Hii on template there's a 1 inch square for reference does the template need to be scaled so that reference square is exactly 1 inch???

Just started this build! Some of my cuts were a little uneven so I might redo it. Also my nose is gigantic, I may have to oversize this nose for even more bulge, or maybe I can devise a way to attach it to the helmet a bit more forward than usual.

She had a bout with cancer and it was so special to be able to make it for her. It was my first time working with foam or anything like that. She proudly displays it above her computer.
