Fixing - permission denied trying to connect to Docker daemon socket at unix:///var/run/docker.sock

*please remind people that after usermod you need to reload the bash shell* exec su -l $USER

I tried to stop,start docker daemon from non root user without using sudo its not working but remaining all docker commands working
