Mira Jump Mk 2 shower solenoid valve replacement. Full process

Hiya! I've got the problem where the shower has cut off and wont run again, i've taken the power supply for the coil off and i'm trying to get the solenoid off but it's being stubborn, is there a technique to removing it? Thanks! :)

Thanks for the vid, helped me out replacing the solenoid valve in my Mira Sprint, it wasn't as easy as yours to pull off, had to use some grips for a bit more leverage cos it was on pretty tight, few gentle(ish) pulls and it came off 👍 new one on and we are good to go, less than half hour to sort it out, cheers

Do you need to switch the water off to replace the solenoid? Mine's a mira Sprint and doesn't have the water isolation valve inside!

I thought I was going to have to get the whole shower replaced, with all the faff and expense that would have been, but it turned out all I needed to do was watch the first 5 minutes of this. I replaced the solenoid and its back to working! Thank you

The coil only replacement I imagine won't help the drip drip drip issue?
