I really wish we just have more interaction to do quest for townspeople randomly talking and hand out food personally or paying off everyone taxes for month. Also tavern should be more fun interactions.

If only Telewords start coop with mod scene. Add every single mod as a choice to play with tick on or off in main menu. That's solve problem with updates and add revolution in game. Like Dying Light 2 - They listen community and add the most promises ideas to the game

What a shitty game Bannerlord is compared to Warband's. I think they know it and this is why it's treated like abandomware from the beggining by TW.

All they need to do is make a Vikings DLC and bam, cash money.

Sad to see such a huge game get wasted, so much potential if they just focused on Diplomacy/Relations/Fiefs

Tbh I kinda want taleworlds to just stop updating. It just makes it harder for total conversion mods to get finished. The base game is a lifeless husk and requires mods to play.

Time passed, I used to believe the replay editor would be a focus for them, it not existing acts as a barrier of sorts for some creators making things like cinematics and really showing off the game difficult. If it was easier to do more people may do it which for taleworlds would basically be free advertising for the game to sell more. Which then ideally would be invested into the game itself for more content but at this point I don't really think it will have the same effect and unfortunately I'm doubtful we're going to be receiving any more future substancial gameplay updates. Rather pesimistically I think that the company may believe it has peaked it's max player reach and so have no need to really push larger updates to get more people interested. They may consider it to be a lot of money for too little gain.

Got to love Bannerlord, although I've started using the overhauls mods like Realm of Thrones, looking forwards to the other overhaul mods modders are creating aswell.

Let them know that we the fans request the return of heraldry like it was on Warband... this is not china armies that are like clown from feet to head.
We know there are already incredible overhaul mods about unique and variety on shield and banners but that is limited only for AI troops not yours unless if we become a vassal of a kingdom and so on... But many guys want to make our own custom (thanks to mods much easier) kingdoms and set our own colors on our banners , so on our troops as well (like with banner editor and POC overhaul)
So if its possible to see heraldry on our troops which is realistic as in history and films as well facts (like the EL CID of 60s) we know at the age of Medieval Ages at least in Europe and Muslims used to carry many emblems and colors that were either separated from their uniform colors or they were as a set with their uniforms so in Medieval ages different colors and banners and shields were on any soldier of the army , many banners of their color of their Kingdoms or their Lords as it happens and here on Bannerlord especially with some epic mods But I repeat it is sad to see that epic result only when we wait to become vassals on other kingdoms ... from the moment there is the option and thanks to mods 100% easier to create our own armies and kingdoms it would be so beautiful as a patch , or a mod idk I just leave it here for everyone if interests in that idea to have the option on inventory of everything as a customization sector like we have that same option on a mod called 'banner editor' already thanks to mods again.

So I want for example to make a custom soldier or give on my player the colors and emblems of my like, there must be an option then especially on shields and banners to give exactly what we want like we have in banner editor mod.. .So we all we have that fantastic variety of heraldry on these Chivalry Ages inside Bannerlord and I repeat this will be an option not a must be step to buy or get things from inventory so it means who ever want to equip this heraldry option is free to give a test whoever not on the other hand just leave as it is the stuff on inventory and logically following his own banner. So will be fantastic as a heraldry option to have to our troops as well or our own player. It is very cool though that there are already some ready textured mod about shields and of course uniforms but are either limited on shield patterns and colors and rare ones include spear flags with colors and mostly colored by our banner picture. So imagine

for those who say that will be chaos on battlefields to see our own troops , well imagine in real life what the soldiers themselves thought about that lol and the difference here is that in the game we can enable our troop icons or notice our cultures or banners, that's why I repeat need to be an 'option' not a must be step to get inventory things. An option like we have on banner editor mod.

P.S. some guys will find so easy to explain that in coding language but we the noobs and simple gamers we just want to see the results and not create them by the maze of coding etc. So please if anyone take that idea as a good test of his skills we will have again epic immersion of heraldry pictures inside. Bannerlord.
If anyone though want to give me an info of how I can manage to set my troops to have unique banners and shields no matter they belong to a vanilla kingdom or my custom new one then I will appreciate it a lot as well. Coz Medieval theme especially Central and Western Europe without Chivalry is winter with no snowing :)

They need to add real time blocking for shields, real physics engine is needed tho, meaning for example, a swing going towards your hip but you have your shield lowered, the shield will block that swing, like in a game called we who are about to die (not popular but surely will gain it)

I only have an xbox, I enjoy bannerlord it's the best battle simulation game I have ever played! But it could of been so much better.

Do you think a WW2 game by taleworlds could ever be possible? Like rather than an army Ai controlled squads ? With the player giving commands.. I'd pay for it

i wish they would stop updating this game and let modders cook. every time they "fix" something modders have to rearrange their code

I would expect claimants to be procedural to some extent in Bannerlord since you know. The sandbox were they expect you to get to be a great grandfather yet have no late game content other than repeatable actions like siege/ battle /trade. Would like some family intrigue were family members of the leader or sons of each clan leader pop up the question. Why am I not in charge. Or getting angry and joining another empire as a vassal.

I love walking around the towns and cities but honestly, they can remove that aspect of the game completely and change it into a clicking simulator by using only menus to navigate

Dont expect too much from taleworlds. They are lazy af. They dont care about the community or even their own game. Its already a dead company to me.

I could not agree with you more and your "rant" I think is something a lot of players are feeling. Failworlds has done a horrible job with their game so much so that its modders like yourself that are the ONLY reason I still play. The vanilla game is boring and lame. Failworlds keeps promising things and then never delivering, then they basically steal from the modders to improve their game. The modders should be paid and they should fire their loser staff.

Boys get mods, Taleworld is counting on it

If anything I wish they’d stop doing minor updates and just let the modders have the keys to the city at this point.
