I only watched the first 4 minutes or so, these are good ideas but everything was undercooked. Puff pastry should be crisp and flakey and golden, not doughey and pale

Faster please! I really don't need to watch you apply egg wash every time you use it. Good ideas but too slow for my taste.

Столько потратила времени, хотела найти хоть один комментарий, который подтвердил бы что уксус не испортил. Ни одного, все восхваляют, хотя никто еще не испёк. А я знаю, что мне пришлось выбросить уже испечённый пирог из-за того, что я соду погасила уксусом. И перелила уксуса. Теперь я всегда пробую, чтобы небыло кислым. Соду гашу в мисочке отдельно. Потом добавляю в тесто. Если не растворилась сода, добавляю уксус, если кисло, добавляю соды. И лишь потом выливаю в тесто. Мне не нравится разрыхлитель, вкус в изделии, буд-то туда добавили накипь из чайника. Несколько дней преследовал этот вкус.
И вот теперь мне говорят, добавь две столовые ложки уксуса, без гашения содой. И это будет вкусно. Ни за что не поверю. Испеките кто- нибудь и скажите мне, пожалуйста, что я ошибаюсь. Я буду ждать.❤

Can you freeze these when done or before baked. How do you heat them if frozen after baked ?
