ОтветитьMentally sick and perverted that counties, towns or cities wash their hands of being liable for this fraud. If it happened to me, it would be over my dead body before I left my house.
ОтветитьNot guilty???
ОтветитьSo the town doesn't do its due diligence and allows fraudsters to submit bogus paperwork with signatures that aren't yours, yet it's YOUR job to clean up the mess? I'd be suing the town as well. It is INCREDIBLY simple to confirm this. You're submitting the paperwork? Great, we need you to show up in person with 2 forms of government ID., like your driver's license and passport. How hard is that?
ОтветитьFinger prints need to be required, and better protections. Lawmakers need to do something.
ОтветитьGovernment complicit in fraud & theft, zero due diligence - just pay your processing and document fees (tax) and that's that: Gov't enablers and accessory to felonious crime fraud and theft...Next!
ОтветитьI thought all real estate agents were always honest😂😂😂
ОтветитьPlease stop stealing houses, get your own. Thank you
ОтветитьIt’s impressive that he built his own house
ОтветитьAren't computers great!!!!!!!! Computers can take away your job and anything you spent a lifetime working for and there are no laws in place or support that is going to help you. Government officials and the law blah blah blah blah blah. And it's only going to get worse now that AI is going to be rolled out soon as well as cbdc. Better get to Walmart to buy a tent before they're all sold out!!!
ОтветитьI had a local mechanic put a lien on my house
ОтветитьI placed my condo in to a land trust to prevent deed fraud. Contact real estate lawyer for more details.
ОтветитьDayum how did dude become a realtor in the first place....smh!
ОтветитьThis is why I won’t buy a piece of property without a real estate agent and an estate attorney!
ОтветитьThe South is filled with decades and decades of these stories. One look at the degenerate who did this tells it all.
ОтветитьNeither the story nor anyone here commented…. would Title Insurance not protect the owner?
ОтветитьHorrible
ОтветитьI find it so weird that we need paperwork to validate something yet that paperwork is never checked for validity. Without the "proper" paperwork nothing official took place but invalid, fabricated paperwork makes things official?
Why is there any bureaucracy if it doesn't even accomplish anything with all the provisions it puts in place? You're asking for notarized documents to make something official and yet worthless notaries are allowing scammers to claim property they have no domain over.
A deed isn't owner ship, you're still paying! Land patents are. But the governmentis makes sure not to acknowledge those anymore.
ОтветитьWith my hands
ОтветитьNOT GUILTY LOL
ОтветитьFraud is fraud and can easily be proven so! If you have Title insurance you are fully protected.
Ответитьthe system is broke the system does not protect us
ОтветитьGood complete story details.
ОтветитьIt is fraud and they CANNOT steal the home. Any "Sale" would be illegal and non binding.
ОтветитьI don't understand why a fraudulent document created by a criminal online has more authority than the legitimate owner who is physically living in the house and paying taxes.
ОтветитьThe paperwork is for the bank in reality it’s only one or two pieces of paper
ОтветитьJust wait until there is a CBDC, then the government can and will steal everything
Ответитьwake up folks, the employees in the recorders offices a lot of the time are running this scam. smh. if ur city has this happen more then once or twice in a short time u need to bet ur last dollar its from inside the office.
ОтветитьMost US counties are NOT interested in creating a real safety net for home owners, the "alert' many counties put in place is just a cheap band aid to make people believe "something" is being done to stop the thefts. The largest investment for most people should not be made available for free using all this online transfers, and electronic signature garbage. Should be mandated that deed transfers must be done in person, with witnesses, and original documents in hand in my opinion. The elderly are the prime victims for the Serpents that prowl this world to make a buck without work.
ОтветитьMortgagenGame - MERS - Beau Biden invovled - Mortgage Electronic Registration System
Ответитьthis is why people make fun of American city / government workers.... so incompetent
ОтветитьGood story, but using Zillow? They think the property underneath a junk house has real intrinsic value? 😂
ОтветитьHe just happened to check Zillow to find out his house was sold. All this political corruption, economic fraud and crime we're becoming a third world country. WTF. Don't worry that guy who's convicted of this will be out in a few years and back doing the same thing. 👍
ОтветитьMy daughter ,son in law found out Zillow tried to sell the house in Indiana to someo e in California She lost her bank acct. But finally kept home ..
ОтветитьWhat happens when someone has stolen your identity and has taken your entire digial life? With the help of someone they have taken everthing I have.
ОтветитьWhat is safe now days
ОтветитьAbsolutely crazy.
ОтветитьIf the states/counties allow deed fraud and filings online you should be allowed to sue the state/counties.
Ответить😮Absolutely disgusting
ОтветитьYou built a house! Wow. I am very impressed! I can’t glue two matchsticks together…..lol. Great job!
ОтветитьRefile yourself. Then that they would stop probably.
ОтветитьI suspect brokers, lawyers are involved in this kind of fraud. Last year 2 of my properties in Lafayette, LA were listed for sale by some out of state crook. Had a LA fake Driver License with a blond white male, some incorrect info. Forged titles, fake notarized docs to his broker and lawyer. Buyer was my kids’s Orthodontist and knew the DL was fake for the photo… had the cashier’s check in hand. Filed police complaint but nothing was done. Froze credit. Filed affidavit with country stating none of properties are for sale. It is happening all over the Parish. It is simple to stop this crime by making lawyers, brokers liable… needing positive ID in person.
ОтветитьThe county and law enforcement won't help me.
ОтветитьGet an attorney and have the fraudulent deed set aside in court by a judge. Fraudulent deeds are as old as legit deeds.
ОтветитьThis is loony as fuck. In order to buy i had to give blood and semen samples
ОтветитьThat's amazing that he built that house. Very cool guy.
