i'd suggest Sans as Bowser and Papyrus as Bowser junior and the desert could be judgement hall

THE SUPER STAR IS HEART LOCKET/SIX SOULS.
GOOMBAS ARE FROGGITS.
THE MUSHROOM IS A MONSTER CANDY.
TOAD IS MONSTER KID.
LUIGI PAPS.
PEACH IS ASRIEL
THE ? BLOCK IS A CHEST.

Maybe if this mod is shifted to smm2: Sans should be the Boom Boom sprite, Toriel should be the Bowser sprite and Chara should be the Bowser Jr. sprite

How about changing the enemies to enemies in undertale and depending on what it is in it can change the enemies
