Bike is good, but has it flaws.
Front battery rattles is loose and rattles in the frame. Could it break and cause a fire in later life?
Also, you need to fold the bike to charge the front battery.
Bike is big and very heavy. ~45kg/90lbs. Folding it and and putting it in the trunk of a normal car is impossible for most men. Brakes with 160mm could be bigger.
You have to switch from back & front battery via cable, they don't run together. Same for loading them, only one at a time.
Cabling could be cleaner.
Seat lowers in rough terrain, if you left the special key at home, you can't adjust. When the seat post goes too low in the frame it could damage the battery pack? 🤔
Other than that it's a good bike.
Hope they fix the problems in the next version 🤞🏽

Is it possible to install a fender for this bike?

Wish i could ride this in uk, only can ride 250w motor, anything above is illegal 😢I get caught they take my bike

I just wish it had a better rear rack.

Whats the range....or did I miss that. I have a Engwe 20" really like it, needs better suspension. brick streets a very hard on the back.

I received the X26 a few weeks ago, and am relatively happy with the price/performance of the X26. However, there are several things that were not presented fairly before the purchase.
1) The bike is a cadence sensor as opposed to torque and has a quit a high lag in response.
2) The manual is quite poor, with a lot of information missing, particularly on the display which has several settings that are not functional and do not apply to the model
3) While the website has some additional info, many videos are irrelevant and not applicable to the specific model.
4) The bike is quite obviously illegal in Europe, as there is no speed-pedelec certificate of conformity. Expecting people to buy an X26 and not use it on public roads is ridiculous. This is borderline fraud, as had the absence of such a certificate been declared on the website I might have reconsidered.
5) Although the bike has triple suspension, it is quite clearly more for show than effective. There is also no documentation whatsoever on how to adjust the shock absorbers.
6) Again, despite the shock absorbers, the bike is unusable off road, due to the considerable weight, and to the lack of a low-enough gear. The high gear is also unusable at full power.
7) In conclusion, while the product is good, the pre-sales and post-sales attitude is similar to that of many Chinese products, where customers are almost considered idiots for buying the product.

beware engwe sent me defective x26 with stuck batt engwes fix was to tell me to pry out batt with screwdriver and sand a brand new ebike 🤪🤯 or to take to shop pay $300 and wait for a check. engwe also asked me to lie via email.

Can you pedal the bike if the battery runs out?

It's a nivmce bike but the price to high 31moh mine is a kit cost £895 top speed 42 mph it has all the goodies on like that bike made my self hell of prise range I think if you could ride my bike I no wivh one you would have I saved a few thousand pounds some times I laugh at you guys paying all that money for a tank it weight 90 lbs onist why do they make bike like these
