Great walkthrough! I couldn't believe how much better I sounded going from a poorly tuned Podmic to a SM7B with your walkthrough. What setting on the bottom of the SM7B do you run? I noticed mine came default with the flat setting.

why do i not see as many sliders for equalizer as you do?? when i expand mine, i only see 6 columns instead of 10

Here's something fun to do. After you get to the end of the video, go back to the very beginning to hear how the mic sounded before all of his settings and you'll really appreciate how great this setup sounds!

do you have both switches on the back of the mic set to neutral ???

great setup video, but i have a weird hissing noise when turning up the gain and is quite annoying and for some reason the mic pics up every noise form the boomarms even the slightest touch and movement and i dont know why.
do you have an idea why these problem exist?

What if it's not picking the shure up at all? I plugged it in but it's not working?

the thing i dont like is the buzzing almost like puffy sound whenever i talk is there a way to fix that without getting rid of the compressor feature i like it because it blocks out stuff in the background

I love your channel man. My fave for audio actually. Every audio issue or new piece of tech I get... I can find out exactly what I need to know right here! I just picked up one of these boxes as a (hoped) upgrade from focusrite but all the GoXLR is dead videos had me really nervous. All BS of course... just like all the idiots that said same about the sm7b.

these EQ settings are SO BAD for my female voice. I can't use that, i have exactly NO bass at all and everything sounds more like telephony for my voice. Overwise good video
