🇮🇳 North East India you must plan a trip to visit our beautiful state of Meghalaya. And I'm sure you will love the natural beauty here , the tasty food, the living root bridge and other.

You guys kept speaking even while walking uphill where the oxygen level is very low....That's why you are feeling difficult breathing.....

In terms of altitude sickness. I hiked up from Jiri rather then flying in. It added a week to the journey but the bonus was that I had very little problem with altitude until (thankfully) on the way back. Which lasted just one day-as soon as I got below 4000 meters I was fine. For oldies like myself I’d highly recommend doing this. The other bonus was powering past younger people after Namche bazaar. Which is. You know. Quite satisfying.

I loved this so much !! love you all , what incredible humans <3 ! and the teddy bear!! that was top notch-- i think im going to have to do something like this for my kids to all the hopefully countries we will all visit as a young family, thank you for this! and also what an incredible journey, super proud of you all! I am sure it was harder even then it looked, grateful for you !

I just booked my trip for May next year. I will turn 40 on this trip. Even after booking the trip, I've had my doubts about being able to complete it.
