ОтветитьI remember when I did this for the first day. I thought it was going to be like a dance workout - intense but not this much. I did it but I could barely do it halfway and I remember not being able to get up from my mat. Now I have been doing this for almost a month and I haven't been any better. Obviously I'm not perfect but I'm getting so much better and closer to my goal. ❤

ОтветитьI just ate 4 kilos of watermelon and i was hella bloated and i heard that when you move after you eat you will digest faster. After 10 minutes i ran to the toilet and covered it in shit. I'm not gonna finish it.

ОтветитьBeen working out everyday for 10 days (Im sweating a lot after doing this cardio). Yayy after 10 days I feel much more resistant and stronger that I can follow you without pausing 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
