These Zepto brothers were definitely hit by the topic Nikhil raised. In their sub conscious there are aware of it already but because they haven't addressed it themselves enough, they were not ready to talk about it, rather were interrupting every now and then.

Nikhil's thoughts about eliminating people who add drama - I recalled as I was reading an article about Charlie Munger in Wall Street Journal by Jason Zweig, where Li Lu (of Himalaya Capital) says:

From personal experience, after having learnt about Charlie Munger in 2020 (I woke up super late in life), what I have realised is:
This ability to be untouched by magnitude of emotions that surround us is surreal, it reveals such amazing potential of the unconscious mind that is otherwise dormant in us that one cannot express in words. Being able to walk off from so many emotions, so much drama unfolding all the time around us is almost like superpower.

I have kept re-listening and re-reading these and share these thoughts w/ several people in friends and family.

Isnt quick service delivery is in shambles rn ? Xepto blinkit dunzo and manymore together are burning $1.2-2 mn /month but this industry is one of the fastest growing industry rn and will take 5-10 years for customer acquisition lets see who cracks the code among them

I would say to some extent nikhil is correct, i started self discovery at the age of 16 ,with true introspection, for past of 7 years i am into Energy and healing world till date i have given 10000+ session and changed 100+ lives, i have seen all of this was possible when i was so indulged and curious while knowing and tapping universal energy, regarding married life evolution leads with reproduction and relationship must not be symbiotic only then the less expectation and more detachment you can see through the lens of yours you can know why what when why you are here on planet can be known @nikhil

All these young kids who have VC money are so arrogant. They don't build anything innovative that is actually profitable. They are just getting rich by taking money from VCs. That's it. Just a massive ponzi scheme.

Interpersonal relationships are all dramatic at some point or other,aren't they?....we are all intrinsically different and the conflicts are to be expected

I love most of NK's chats. But this seemed more like a KJo show with his BWood babies, and its not because of NK. I dont know who the ladies are and what they are doing in this show (I know this is a clip of a episode and there it will be clear if I watch the whole episode, I will pass). The guys seemed immature for someone leading a supposedly successful startup. I understand they are young, but running a company adds maturity beyond years. The guys I doubt were listening to what NK was saying or they didnt comprehend. He was giving you advice but you cut him short and ask for the same advice.

The fact that he didn’t answer and asked a reverse question.. means that there was such a problem and he didn’t know the answer…
But on the top of it.. he’s not in a listening mode…
Where as Nikhil was very calm and composed.

I feel like Nikhil has sensed some issues in these brothers but just didn’t bring it up only because they are not open to listen.
