How To Water Your Nepenthes (Don't kill Your Plant by Roots Rot! + Nepenthes care routine)

Do you know how to properly water your tropical pitcher plant?
Can you leave it in an inch of water or does it have to dry out between waterings?
Because if you don’t take care, the roots can rot and kill your plant.

Recently I saw on Facebook someone say that leaving their nepenthes in a tray with water could kill them by rotting the roots. Hmmm…
In my opinion, this is a little too simplistic reasoning.
I'd like to show you that this kind of pre-made ideas are BS.
