The Selected Clips Have a Different Frame Rate - Davinci Resolve 17

im having an issue where i load in a clip, not all, but some, and the audio becomes out of sync with the clip, and im assuming its because the clip is of a different frame rate. I have played the clip back outside of davinci though, and its completely fine though. So im trying to figure out if this has to do with the timeline frame rates, the clip frame rates bringing it in, or if its a bug. I have also tried to use this clip in another video editing software and its coming out perfectly fine

Is there going to be any interpolation and, consequently, any frame loss if I change 60fps in clip attributes to 30fps, then put the clip on the 30fps timeline, and speed it up to 200% (to get the normal speed instead of slo-mo)? I plan to shoot at 60fps and then make some clips (not all) in slo-mo.

If you're going to make a video about a topic, stick to that topic. In this case, the title is about different frame rates, but you spend a lot of time talking about resolution. These are separate things and i find myself skipping back and forth to find the info about fps. I don't care about the aspect ratio or resolution. Your title is "Different Frame Rate"

Doubt you will se this ... but what about bit depth 8 vs 10 in the project settings? Defaukt seems to be 10 but don't most work on 8? (at least most non professionals, beginners). Won't most additional footage like from stock etc be 8 bit?

If I shoot mostly in 24 fps with a few slow motion clips at 120, would using a 24 fps timeline be 9k? Should I say yes to change the 120 gos clips to match the timeline? That’s what I’ve been doing but wasn’t sure.
